How do you pardon someone when they are not convicted of a crime

ITS ABOUT TIME WE START SEEING SOME ARRESTS

  1. There is no need to do anything about the pardons. If they are invalid, then they are invalid. If they are valid, then Trump probably cannot invalidate them. Frankly, even if valid, they are pretty much worthless. Until someone is charged with a crime, the pardons are just sitting there. If a person who has received a pardon and is subsequently charged with a crime, then that person must decide whether or not to accept the pardon. If the putative defendant accepts the pardon at that point, he loses his Fifth Amendment privilege and can be forced to testify. If he rejects the pardon, he cannot be forced to testify against himself unless immunized. If all accept the pardons, they get a pass, but Trump’s decision to invalidate the pardons would be irrelevant.

  2. Does anyone else get tired of the back and forth? Democrats made one accusation after another for four years, couldn’t prove a darn thing. If Biden was so afraid his family is dirty, charge him or work to improve the system. Remember improve the economy, improve the nature of the democracy lower inflation. No one can figure out the homeless problem, how many empty barracks are there at almost every military base in the free world? wake the hell up

  3. It is unknown who actually drew up those documents that were signed by an auto-pen. The Constitution needs to be clarified in these times of Auto-Pens. It is clear that Former President Biden was away on a golfing outing
far away from his office. Note the documents bear an attestment statement of the date when drafted,or “Signed”
A big Mistake for a competent President. In addition an Investigation was requested. These phony documents should be declared VOID.
