Hallelujah. The Biden/Harris nightmare is finally over. Biden pardoned his turds, flunkies and stooges, so President Trump can pardon the J6 protestors.

What staggers me is that the demonic left doesn’t see they’re getting the better of the bargain……. O’Biden freeing atrocities while Trump frees mostly patriots.

Fauci is still being investigated as well as the others. Although they can’t be charged with their crimes, they would have to testify under oath to the Judiciary Committee. If they lie, they’re guilty of felony perjury. If they admit the truth, they’re admitting to the world of their guilt. Either way, their reputation is ruined. Also, civil suits can still be brought. That could be financial ruin. A class-action suit against Fauci would be ideal. That would wipe that smug look off his ugly mug. The J6 protesters could file a class-action suit against the J6 committee members. That would also financially ruin them. The truth of what happened on J6 is coming out for the world to see. Biden can be brought to justice even though his son cannot be. Hunter could have to testify against his father and if he lies, that’s felony perjury that he would have to serve time. A financial penalty could be applied for the perjury in addition. All of these criminals will be under a constant watchful eye for the rest of their miserable lives. As all of the sordid details of their lives are brought to light, it could also help exonerate Trump. Biden’s mental capacity is also being looked at. If he was found not able to stand trial because of “poor memory” for the classified documents charges and his mental capacity also prevented him from a 2nd presidential term, then he should also be incapable signing all of the executive orders during his last days, including the pardons. There’s still hope that some of his wrongs can be righted by Trump’s admin. and the Judiciary Committee. All is not lost.

I agree. Fraudci is guilty of crimes against humanity and crimes against animals too. He’s an animal torturer. He probably tortured animals when he was a young brat.
I think the penalty for crimes against animals should be a lot stricter. If a person tortures an animal, their punishment should be the same. Fauci is a monster and will have to answer for his crimes on judgement day on his way down.

The USA has some weak laws against animal torture. So, Fraudci tortured animals in Tunisia where they have no such laws at all. I agree. Fraudci’s punishment should be the same things he did to helpless animals. Do it to HIM.

Just like Roe v Wade, SCOTUS could overturn previous rulings based on the intent of the constitution to absolve wrongful convictions and or accusations.
The current holding says the acceptance of the pardon is in effect an addmision of guilt. The constitution holds those who are guilty accountable. Confessing to the act of a crime simply to receive a pardon runs in direct contravention to the constitutional intent of the presidential pardon, and is a direct violation to the 5th Amendment and the people’s right to Due Process!
Biden’s pardons simply say:
He believes his family and all those whom he pardoned pre-conviction or even before being charged and tried are guilty of their crimes and this admission by him makes him an accomplice to all their crimes!
