My husband was an auditor and worked in several government agencies and it was always the same at every agency waste, fraud and abuse. They were called the Junk Yard Dogs. He retired in 1986 after 32 years of Government service and unfortunately died in 1993 but this is to tell you it was rampant that long ago, only much worse now than then.
WOW, husband died at the same time Bill Clinton & Janet Reno were allowing military equipment to be used to kill 86 citizens in Waco Texas? Then sent snipers to shoot and kill Randy Weaver’s dog, his son in the back, and 2 days later shoot his wife’s head off, from 200 yards away (no threat) while holding her 18 month old assault baby in her arms?
