I’d agree with that – the problem is that gender (or “assumed gender” or “elective gender” or “presumptive gender” or “asserted gender”, etc., etc.) has become an excuse to change the exams, to lower the standards, and to hire people who do not, in fact, meet the required standards. We’ve seen that in the LA fires (it’s your fault if a female firefighter can’t pull you out of harm’s way…). I saw it in the Military (where females were given 3 times more time to run a particular distance and where pull up and push up requirements were radically reduced in order to allow more women to qualify). I’ve seen it in private industry, where a Black or Hispanic who couldn’t qualify would get hired over a White or Asian simply because of race. Yeah, it’s nice to set a color-blind, gender-blind, sexual orientation-blind standard, but, the moment you do, the DEI clowns move in and start mucking with the standards. “Can hire a woman” becomes “must hire a woman” and it’s downhill from there.
These transgenders get their job because they are freaks, not because they are knowledgeable.And that is why we have plane and helicopter crashes.These creatures are mentally ill and should not even be able to drive a car let alone fly helicopter or airplane

If a person is highly qualified for a position and that person is of sound mind anybody that’s want counts. Call me anything you like, except late for dinner
