I think the Bidens either voted for Trump, or left that part of the ballot blank. But they certainly didn’t vote for Kammy.
If Piglosi, and Obummer wanted Bitten out of the running and threatened to enact the 25th amendment, the VP “Harryazz” would have to sign on with that! If the VP says “NO” then nothing short of impeachment could move forward.
It’s questionable as to whether the ‘rats would actually use the 25th Amendment to remove dementia Joe. He could have fought it. They forced dementia Joe to step down, then Cackles lost in a landslide anyway.
