Those are all blanketed into the pardon. It’s not fair but it was done. Hopefully there are crimes discovered that occurred before 2014 that won’t be publicized before January 20. This vague non-law leaves it wide open that any president’s family can go on a crime spree and just get pardoned at the end. I don’t think that Joe Biden can pardon himself though.
