I am a Retired Command Sergeant Major. I served 34 years. I joined in 1972 the Missouri Army National Guard and served 22 years then transferred to the United States Army Reserves and served another 12 years. I served in Operation Iraq Freedom and I am also a Vietnam Era Veteran. I was in Honduras 2 times and Panama 3 times. I was never in Theater of Operations, a war zone or received Combat Pay. A politician who says he’s a Combat Veteran without proof from the Department of Defense is a FRAUD and a disgrace.Even though I served 34 years in the Army,I would never say I was a Combat Veteran without proof.Saying that one retired as a Command Sergeant Major without finishing the requirements is also a Fraud.I respect soldiers who served and have worn the uniform. I do not respect a Fraud who’s claims to be something that he is not.
I honor your statements. I am a 24 year Navy vet who served in the Vietbam theater of operations and Mr Walz makes my stomach turn with his lies and misstatements. I also think that So called news people who have not served should do sufficient research on your subject before you speak.

Nam ear vet and think all that serve in combat pay zone has honor even the donut ladies But why would some one want to lie about it when it is so easy these days to find the truth Not that the MSM would put that effect out But i have seen news reporters in combat zones are make it look like they are But for Walz what he let happen in his state over a dead thug should put fear in every one as to what he would let happen to this Country
