The “teacher” needs to be fired, but the teacher’s union will protect him.
Which is why we need to eliminate “Public Education”, close the schools, and substitute a voucher system. As long as the schools partake of politics, you won’t be able to get rid of the unions and as long as the unions are involved, you won’t be able to impose standards of conduct or performance. As a lawyer I represented probably 1/3rd of all the school districts in my state and the crap you saw was beyond disgusting. The public schools are utterly broken and unfixable. We need a market based/choice based system which decentralizes control of the system. Government’s role should be to impose and monitor standards but butt out when it comes to means and methods.
I had a seriously abusive teacher for 2 years. She was so nasty and toxic, students committed suicide. Many bad people are attracted to teaching for the access to the innocent. We must protect children from such abusers. Likewise, we must protect children in detention centers from the rapists and abusers.
The question is he called TRUMP a rapists that is a false claim. One news organization said the same thing about TRUMP and they got sued. Not to mention that they lost and owed DJT a lot of money. Same thing should happen to the Chino Valley school district and the teacher.
I agree with you.. Too many people on the other side give out false statements due to the fact they do Not Like Trump..so I agree with sueing the liars, bringing them to court to make them back up their lies, when cannot, then sue the hell out of them. Period! That should end these false statements of other people. Seems like the lies the other side says about Trump, get bigger and bigger. There is no end to them from haters. As far as the teacher losing his cool, over someone supporting the newly elected president, he does need to be fired. His facts were wrong. He isn’t hired to spout off personal views. The classroom is for educating children, academically, not for swaying a captive audience’s beliefs to the will of any teacher’s alliances.
