We know who is buying these assets. Right. Private Equity and Wall Street investors and investment firms. Holding as assets which means those assets are not subject to market conditions. We need laws that limit home ownership to those who will live in those homes, not the very rich who will hold the assets, further harming the market prices, making the markets fake.
