Criminals include anyone who is not Legally in the U.S. Those brought as children with no choice in the matter too. They may apply for Student visas and once they finish High School and College, they may leave. If married to a USC, they can leave and USC may go with them “so the U.S. doesn’t separate them. The couple may apply for a Spouse visa to come back.
