The Dems had spent decades dumbing down our schools, now they’ve been dumbing down the work force. Stupid people are much easier to control. Whoever thought that only gender, race and sexual preference were utmost important over experience? It doesn’t matter what sex, race or preference you have if you have a good work record, ethics and work experience for the job. Look how many companies were on the verge of collapse because of DEI. It’s a no-brainer to get rid of it. Any of those that thought it up to begin with and those that support it need to be fired also. The best person for the job is the only way. The inevitable outcome of WOKE companies is/was predictable.
WHAT companies were “on the verge of collapse because of DEI”? I have never in all my decades of employment seen anyone hired for other than their competency, experience and reliability.
