David Dempsey, 20-year sentence for assault on law enforcement with a deadly or dangerous weapon. Dempsey climbed over the shoulders of other rioters to reach the lower West Terrace tunnel, where he repeatedly attacked police for more than an hour, throwing poles and deploying bear spray at the line of officers protecting the Capitol. He used bear spray directly inside the mask of one officer, who testified that he thought he might die. He used a crutch to smash another officerās head, cracking his plastic face shield and giving him a concussion. He had previously attacked anti-Trump protesters in California on three occasions, and his lengthy criminal record contributed to Dempsey receiving the longest sentence for attacking police officers on Jan. 6. Dempsey was being held at a high-security prison in West Virgini
I wasn’t present at his trial, and I didn’t have access to any evidence, but from what others present in the “tunnels” have testified, the violence began when officers began beating protesters, spraying protesters with mace/bear spray and the like and had killed Roseanne Boyland, with protesters having to carry her out while being shot at by officers. There was no violence prior to its use by officers.
I agree with you wholeheartedly on the Lobbyists. There is a law against giving people money to vote in elections and this is worse than that. No wonder poor people come out of Congress millionaires. Pure corruption.
Another item is I know for a fact a Chinese pregnant woman came to visit her sister when she was 6 months pregnant and stayed to have her baby in America. Other wealthy Chinese come here to deliver their children and that is how they get around having one child which is Chinese law. This also is not right.
