A pardon protects them from prosecution/punishment, not investigation.
Refusal to comply with a subpoena is a separate crime and falls outside the timeframe/scope of the pardon.

Lying under oath is also a separate crime. Does anyone believe that any one of those pardoned are capable of telling the truth? Either way, the truth will come out and the world will see that they were guilty as hell. I also hope that once the truth comes out that they are multiple civil suits against all of them for millions of dollars each. I wonder how many of them had crimes before 2014? That would fall outside the window that Biden set.
There should be no such thing as preemptive pardons. They haven’t been charges with crimes, YET.
You bet! Being pardoned automatically puts a guilty label on a person. Investigate the hell out of them and and make it clear that NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!
