she should have gotten the sentence imposed on her that the men would have got had they did the crime. Justice was not served. I think 20 years to serve in prison before she is can parole would have been a more in line with her crime.

I agree that the “victim” should get the same sentence as the accused “rapist” when the truth comes out. I don’t understand why someone would want to falsely accuse someone and ruin his life. There is no excuse. On the other hand, an actual rape victim should immediately report the rape and tell who the rapist is if she knows.
I agree, this so called coming forward TWENTY years later on some is BS. I don’t like CUOMO but all these women who came forward AFTER the first one is BS.

Pretty clear, really. Using the system to avenge or harm needs to be handled differently. The problem is the large numbers of persons who are afraid to report abuse. At Cal Berkeley in 1970, I was required to have a total physical exam. The MD who did the exam for me was so upset that he had his hands on a virgin, he did terrible things to me, and told me he was “helping” me. He was crazy like the Dr. Nassar who was allowed to harm so many of America’s best gymnasts. This is the very first time that I am even “reporting” this crime. It was so shocking and traumatic, I have said nothing all these years. He even gave me an STD as he didn’t bother to wash his hands, and when I went in for treatment of the STD, the doctors wanted to know how it was possible. I said nothing. What people don’t appreciate is how harmful trauma really is. That is why MK Ultra was a trauma based form of mind control.
