The teacher who came to the rescue by going after this low life who was attacking this 15 year old girl is an outstanding man who deserves so much praise. I hope he feels like a hero because that’s what he is!!
As a former Chemistry teacher in an LA City School, Fairfax High School we had at least six men on the faculty and several ladies who would and could manage a firearm very well and put a total end to this kind of thing happening in schools. And, as a teacher I would feel better about the tradition of “En loco parentis” (Instead of a parent) This is the basis of all law in regard of the “teacher-student” responsibility tradition in the law. That certainly was the case in my teaching tenure.
